An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence within a leading medical technology company. This role will focus on implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and performance improvements.

  • Develop and mentor teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing complex projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
